District Election Office - Lok Sabha elections in Delhi ncr

New Delhi / Ghaziabad: Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh will be held on April 11 in Ghaziabad. 


For the first phase, the District Election Office has sharpened its preparations for the proposed elections. A separate committee has also been constituted to monitor the candidates' social media accounts in this episode.

In this regard, District Election Officer Ritu Maheshwari said that MCMC Committee has been formed to monitor the candidates' social media accounts. Not only this, the campaigning will be added to the social media by the candidates. In order to monitor the candidates' social media, the senior journalists of the print and electronic media will also be included in the MCMC Committee.

District Election Officer Ritu Maheshwari further said that all the sensitive and susceptible booths of the district will be deployed in the Sector Magistrate. Not only that, a wheelchair is being arranged for all the voters in the district.


There are adequate VVPat machines


Regarding the VVPat machine, District Magistrate Ritu Maheshwari said that there are 3033 booths in the district and adequate amount of VVPat machine is available for all booths. 


After voting, a strong room has also been constructed in Anaj Mandi located in Govind Puram to keep VVPat machines. Where 24-hour Para Military Forces will protect the Vivipat machine
